Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management tool, which will grant you absolute control over your e-mail boxes and newsletters. With this easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can create a brand new email box in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. In addition, you can redirect electronic mails from one mailbox account to another, set up e-mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and guard your e-mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your e-mail box accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unsolicited email messages will find their way into your email box. Your mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a given e-mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming mails according to certain rules set by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily set up an email filter for any of your mail accounts and select the filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mail messages from one electronic mail account to another, or even to several other mailboxes. Simply choose the email mailbox account you want to redirect electronic mail messages from, then specify the destination email box and select if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the email client of your liking to access your e-mail box accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you want to set up on your desktop computer or mobile phone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mail box account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple email boxes simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to easily set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
